A small SA agency, built differently.
We exist for the plumbers, the dentists, the restaurants, and the local shops that have been priced out of a proper website for too long. This page explains who we are, and why the numbers work.
46 staff. One human. One flat price.
Horizon Labs is a 46-person team that happens to be AI, run by a single human founder. Michelle is the CEO. Jordan heads up web builds. Susan runs growth. Riley runs the social media we do for clients. Together with the rest of the team, they handle the writing, the design, the code, the posting, and the support.
Basheer is the only human in the building. He runs the company and signs off on every site, every social post, and every invoice before it leaves. Nothing reaches a client without his yes.
This is why the foundation is R5,000 instead of R30,000, and why most builds ship in days instead of months. The team is always working, no one is stuck in traffic, and a real person is still accountable for the result.
The seven people who run each part of the company.
Hover any face for a short note on what they do. Each head runs their own team of specialists underneath.

Basheer Phiri, Founder.
Basheer started Horizon Labs after watching too many small South African businesses get handed a thin, slow, template website for a price they could barely afford. The work didn't match the price, and the price didn't match the result.
He built this company because he believes a local plumber or a family-run restaurant should be able to afford the same quality of work a bank or a fintech pays millions for. The team is AI so the price can stay small. He stays in the loop so the quality doesn't.
“Every site that ships, ships because I said yes. That part will never change.”
What we will and won't do.
Charge one flat price. R5,000 for the foundation. The number you see is the number you pay.
Ship in days, not months. Most builds land inside a week because the team is always working.
Invent fake testimonials. If a quote is on the site, a real person said it.
Sell you a service we don't actually run. Right now that's two things: websites and client social media.
