Horizon Labs is built so a 46-strong AI team does the work and one human, the founder Basheer, signs off before anything reaches a client.
That means the roles a normal agency hires for, designers, developers, writers, account managers, social media managers, aren't open positions here. They're already filled by AI staff who write, design, build, and post around the clock.
The team doesn't grow by hiring. It grows when new AI staff are brought online inside Company Agents, the platform Horizon Labs runs on.
